Dr. Israel has been serving the Corona-Riverside area since 1977, offering complete ophthalmic services from comprehensive eye exams to eye surgeries.

After receiving his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Dr. Israel completed his ophthalmology residency at the Montreal General Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He belongs to the American Academy of Ophthalmology, California Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons as well as the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Dr. Israel is an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Ophthalmology (Volunteer/Consulting) at the Jules Stein Eye Institute, UCLA since 1984. Prior to that he has been a clinical instructor at Loma Linda University and McGill University.

He is on Staff at Corona Regional Medical Center and Glenwood Surgical Center in Riverside.
